EIAC accredited HACCP Certificate in Dubai

Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC) was established in pursuant to the 2015 law number 27 where they have become the governmental accreditation body of the Emirate of Dubai. They have specialized skill set, experience with proprietary systems and intellectual property that has made them known for quality and authority. They have accreditation requirements that certification bodies need to comply with in order for them to be able to carry out audit for food safety management system and HACCP.

The certification audit is conducted by certification bodies. They are independent and impartial third-party bodies, possessing the necessary competence and reliability and operates in accordance with Conformity Assessment standard – requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems.

Once a food business operator has successfully completed certification audit for HACCP, it will then be awarded with a HACCP certificate. An evidence that it has been assessed and found to be operating a food safety management system that complies with the requirements of HACCP standard. In Dubai, accredited certification bodies can issue HACCP certificates to certified HACCP clients bearing EIAC accreditation symbol. The accredited certification bodies are required to take a formal approval from EIAC for the use of accreditation symbol before using it.
